This is the second consecutive year Littelfuse earned distinction in the awards program, designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Illinois. The Best Places to Work in Illinois ranking was determined by a two-part process. The first part consisted of evaluating workplace policies, practices and demographics, worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience, worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. Best Companies Group managed the process, analyzed the data and used its expertise to determine the final rankings.
